I'm passionate in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those who are undiagnosed, diagnosed, or questioning ADHD. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in repeating patterns from years of masking. I offer a space where your experiences are validated and understood, helping you shed expectations that don't fit.
