My journey
I was drawn to counselling from a curiosity about human experiences and how people adapt, cope and survive. My personal experiences with ADHD and dyslexia have shaped my personal journey and professional values, giving me insight into feelings of disconnection when the world does not align with our minds.
Becoming a counsellor felt natural, allowing me to provide a transformative space where people feel seen, understood, and accepted. Connection is central to healing; when we genuinely connect with ourselves and others, awareness grows, compassion deepens, and new choices emerge.

What to expect
We’ll go at your speed and look into whatever feels important in the moment for you with no strict agenda.
I’m not here to fix you or tell you how to live your life. but to support you in building awareness, making choices, and trusting yourself, all with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to create a friendly space where you really feel heard, respected, and understood.
Since everyone’s unique, I customise my approach to fit your specific experiences, needs, and goals. Think of me as your steady support while you figure out your own path forward.

Dedicated support
I am committed to supporting neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals in a flexible, collaborative way, shaped around your perspective. Many have spent years adapting or feeling misunderstood, which can be exhausting. My aim is to provide a co-creative space where you don’t have to explain how your brain works; you can simply be.
Together, we will gently notice patterns and strategies that may have once helped but now feel overwhelming through possible masking. Through building a dialogical relationship, you can begin to understand yourself.
